For over twenty years, Lynne Beck has dedicated herself to helping nonprofit arts and education flourish in Minnesota.

Lynne's longtime love of arts and education led her to a career as a secondary English and French teacher and then to nonprofit development work. Today Lynne works as development consultant for Park Square Theatre and other Minnesota nonprofit organizations. She frequently serves on grant review panels for the Metropolitan Regional Arts Council and the Minnesota State Arts Board.

As a community volunteer, Lynne has served on numerous boards and committees, among them James Sewell Ballet, The Schubert Club, Junior League of Saint Paul, North Presbyterian Church of North St. Paul, and the Rotary Club of Saint Paul. She has a BA from Cornell College in Mt. Vernon, Iowa and an MA from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul.
Lynne's ability to work closely with others and her spirit of cooperation were critical to raising funds for Music in the Park Series over the years.
